Your function

Export Team Leader – based in U.A.E.

Job purpose

Train, coach, recruit and manage the Export Sales Team to deliver Existing and New business revenue targets in compliance with our Retention, New Business and Account Management policies

What we expect

Deliver team target on existing business revenue and new closings revenue ∙ Have a standing team of 2 Sales Executives within one month of joining
Close 4 partners per month in targeted territories of Africa, ME, CIS, Pakistan, India ∙ Ensure retention and growth of existing clients
Deliver agreed revenue targets

Who you are

You have done partner development / channel sales of ICT products to VAR ∙ Track record of people management and development
Ability to recruit and retain talent
Expertise in Export partner business selling a value proposition instead of selling on price only ∙ Meet our key core values, importantly integrity, curiosity, and responsiveness ∙ Go Getter with Positive attitude and Self-driven
Well versed in utilization of Salesforce
Track-record of strong revenue growth
Interested to accept challenging assignments and has a sense of urgency to get tasks done ∙ Female candidates preferred
