GIT visits your office and assesses your printing needs: number of devices, monthly volume, colour vs mono. We then recommend the right HP printer model for your workload and budget.

Monthly HP Printer Rental Agreement
We agree on a monthly rental rate for each HP printer starting from $ /month. The rental fee covers the hardware. On top of this you pay only a per-page charge for what you actually print.

Pay Per Page Only for What You Print
On top of rent, you pay a per-page fee for prints. These fees cover all toner and service. We may structure it with a minimum page bundle for predictable base costs.

Installation & Operation
GIT delivers the printers (new or like-new condition) to your offices and sets everything up at no charge. We monitor them and handle all maintenance, repairs, and toner delivery.

Flexibility During Term
If at any point you need to upgrade a device or add more printers as your business grows, GIT can accommodate that – often without a major change in contract.
